I recently worked with Gliedt Appliance Service regarding repairs to my LG washer. During the service, my LG dryer unfortunately ended up with some minor scratches. I was pleased to see the company respond quickly and take action to address the issue without delay. After that matter was resolved, I experienced another problem when the dryer would no longer turn on. I was told there were underlying wiring issues that had likely existed previously. While it’s difficult to know exactly when the issue originated, I appreciated that the team focused on finding a solution rather than pointing fingers. They took the time to address the underlying problem and ensured my dryer was restored to full working order. Overall, the experience was frustrating at times because of the multiple issues that had to be worked through. However, what stood out to me was the company’s willingness to take ownership, communicate, and see the situation through until everything was resolved. At the end of the day, that’s all I was looking for. Their commitment to customer service and making things right helped me understand why they’ve been in business for so many years. Thank you to the owner for standing behind your company’s work and ensuring the job was completed properly.

Great experience with Gliedt Appliance Repair. Their customer service was easy to work with from start to finish. Jason came out twice to help resolve an issue with my dryer that was likely caused by a big box retailer in town, and he handled it quickly and professionally each time. I really appreciated how personable and straightforward their team is. It made the whole process much less stressful. I will definitely be calling them again if anything comes up.
